We have hundreds of outfits, blankets, wraps, and props for our clients to use. Each item is cleaned after each use for your child's safety.

Once you book, we will send you a welcome text within 48 hours. This will be loaded with details about your session. We highly recommend that you check out or baby gallery and create a Pinterest board or screen caps and text them to us so we can see your style preference.

Yes. We recommend that you come 15 minutes early and we will give you a private room to nurse your baby before the session. A recently fed baby is a happy baby and we do not want to take time away from your session if we can help it. If your baby is older, we recommend snacks or food that can be eaten quickly and doesn't color the lips or mouth.

If you have seen images like the froggy pose, naked baby sleeping on their tummy, or daddy's arms holding baby, those images are all typically babies under 10 days old. We call those miracle shots, and babies older than 10 days stretch out, are less likely to settle and sleep soundly, and are less happy with being squished into smaller curled up poses. We highly encourage you to book your session 5 days after your due date so we can make the magic happen!

Normally there is a $25 upcharge to add siblings or parents, but with this special offer you can include the rest of the family and we will waive the fees. Let us know when you book who you want to include and we can be ready for you! If you are bringing toddler siblings, it can also be helpful to have another adult with you to help entertain them while they are not being photographed.

While we understand that the session is exciting, our studios don't have a lot of extra room. Additionally, having too many people present can be distracting or disruptive to the process. For this reason, we recommend bringing no more than 1 or 2 guests to observe the session. We appreciate your understanding!

Your images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the date you placed your order. We send your images to our highly skilled retouchers in Europe and then returned to us for our final in-house artist touches.

We understand that plans can change, and life happens. As we reserve the scheduled time exclusively for your session, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations to qualify for a refund. If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the amount paid can be applied towards rescheduling for another session. Please note that a no-show without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.

Your baby's health and safety is our biggest priority. If you or your child is not feeling well on the day of your session, please contact us to reschedule. We will do our best to get you in as soon as we can. A healthy baby is a happy baby!

Of course! With this special, you get a $100 credit toward any additional package. When you book your session, we will send you a link to the pricing in your confirmation email so that you can review all of the options and choose the one that works best for you. Keep in mind you can only use the credit once and it must be used during your first sales appointment, so make sure all decision makers are present when you order.
